Pavese Law Firm adds Capps and Thompson as managing partners

The Pavese Law firm has announced that partners Chad Capps and Chene’ Thompson will join current Managing Partner Charles Mann to form a three-person Management Committee effective immediately. Capps and Thompson were selected to serve with Mann for 2021, to ensure continuity as Mann intends to step down as managing partner in December 2021.

Capps joined the Pavese Law Firm in 2008 and became a partner in 2013. He is one of only 28 lawyers in Florida that are certified in both real estate, and condominium and planned development law. He represents and advises clients including top national homebuilders, corporations, developers, community associations, non-profit organizations, contractors, lending institutions, and individuals on wide range of issues.

Thompson joined the Pavese Law Firm in 2013 and became a partner in 2015. She is recognized for her courtroom ability. Prior to coming to the firm, Thompson was recognized as being one of the top prosecutors in the state of Florida for successfully prosecuting organized crime, white collar fraud and large scale narcotics trafficking.

Thompson is the first female managing partner in the firm’s 72 year history.

Vectra Digital announces Arguelles as CEO

`Albert Arguelles has taken the lead as CEO of the Southwest Florida digital marketing agency Vectra Digital. Arguelles has a proven track record of success as co-founder of website design and digital marketing agency iPartnerMedia Inc. in 2012. He was able to help build the award-winning agency from the ground up and seamlessly merged with Vectra Digital in 2020.

A former paratrooper and U.S. Army combat engineer, Arguelles has a set of skills and discipline which gives him the ability to problem solve, team, build and lead.

FPRA SWFL to host webinar on the trending convergence of marketing and communications 

The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association is set to present a webinar with award-winning industry leader Heather Kernahan, North America CEO of Hotwire Global.

The chapter invites business leaders and PR/marketing professionals to attend the upcoming Zoom event, “Busting Silos Across Marketing & PR,” from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, March 9.

Attendees will learn about the convergence of marketing and communications and how it continues to rank highly in industry trends. While this notion may have been running in the background for some time, a surge in modern-day technology and data has revealed a new set of shared disciplines between the two professions.

Henderson Franklin welcomes Keefe

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., has announced that attorney Colby Keefe has joined the Real Estate Department. She has experience in condominium and homeowners’ association law. Keefe provides clients with counsel on a broad range of association issues, including interpretation and amending of governing documents, contracting with vendors, zoning ordinances, liability policies, collections, foreclosures and compliance with applicable state and federal laws such as the Fair Housing Act.

Keefe is also a seasoned speaker and provides continuing education and board certification courses to condominium association managers.

Keefe obtained her undergraduate degree at Flagler College and her juries doctorate at the University of Georgia School of Law.
