Tommie Dee to be guest singer at Harbour View Gallery

Tommie Dee, a.k.a. Tom Sikora, will entertain at Harbour View Gallery March 31 from 6-7:30 p.m. He has always had music as a focal part of his life. “Even as a young child, it was music that captured my soul,” said Sikora. “My roots go back to the late ’70s when I performed with many different bands, enjoying every unique sound they personified.”

Since moving to Cape Coral a few years ago, Sikora’s had engagements throughout Southwest Florida. He now entertains audiences with many oldies of legendary performers such as Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis and Dino. His mellow voice and audience engaging personality have gained him recognition in his new hometown.

The public is invited to come to the gallery to enjoy Sikora’s music and browse through the work of the many local artists represented there.

In place of its regularly scheduled monthly programs in March, the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce will host Beers With Your Peers on March 29.

Beers With Your Peers will feature a night of casual networking for chamber members and guests to reunite with old friends and make new connections.

The chamber event will take place from 5-7 p.m., Monday, March 29, at Fort Myers Brewing Company, 12811 Com-merce Lakes Drive, Suite 28, in Fort Myers.
