Marcus & Millichap announces sale of 75 condo units at The Isles of Porto Vista

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, recently announced the sale of 75 condominium units out of 216 at The Isles of Porto Vista, located in Cape Coral, according to Ryan Nee, regional manager of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. The asset sold for $7,850,000.

Evan P. Kristol, executive managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Ned Roberts, vice president investments; Jason Hague, first vice president investments; and Adam Podbelski, senior associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office

“The buyer has a unique business plan to which this opportunity is ideally suited,” said Roberts.  “Because of Marcus & Millichap’s deeply collaborative culture we were able to partner with Evan Kristol to help bring this deal across the finish line.”

The Isles of Porto Vista is located at 2904 Tuscan Drive in Cape Coral. 

Stevens Construction honored as Contractor of the Year by Lee Building Industry Association

Stevens Construction Inc. recently received four awards at the Lee Building Industry Association Industry Awards including the highest honor, Contractor of the Year, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

A panel of nationwide judges named Stevens Construction Contractor of the Year based on criteria such as the company’s achievement of goals, client relations, professional certifications and community responsibilities. This is the ninth year Stevens Construction has received this honor, the company won in 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012, 2011 and 2007.

Stevens Construction won a Summit Award for the best healthcare project for Frantz EyeCare.  Frantz EyeCare houses a 9,280-square-foot medical office on the first floor with an optical boutique, 21 exam rooms, patient lounge and procedure room.

Stevens Construction also won a Summit Award in the best entertainment project category for BIG ARTS on Sanibel Island. Stevens Construction provided construction management services for a new, two-story, 27,000-square-foot facility, which houses a 3,800-square-foot performing arts center with 414-seat theater. The first floor features a spacious lobby, green room, box office, gift shop, piano storage, catering kitchen, two dressing rooms with showers and an expanded art gallery. 

In the restaurant category, Stevens Construction earned a Summit Award for CaliBurger/Marlins Brewhouse: Local Craft Beer & Daiquiri Bar in Estero. Stevens Construction built CaliBurger to share a central dining room with the second location of Marlins Brewhouse: Local Craft Beer & Daiquiri Bar, where guests can enjoy both menus. Stevens Construction completed the 7,330-square-foot restaurant build-out in four months and under budget.

Stevens Construction has earned 58 Summit Awards since the program began in 2006.

EHC’s new headquarters campus now open in Fort Myers

BA Acquisitions LLC purchases six industrial buildings on Littleton Road

BA Acquisitions LLC has purchased the six 9,600-square-foot industrial buildings at 8391 Littleton Road, North Fort Myers, from Shawley McKissick Partnership for $3,100,000. The industrial plaza is located in North Fort Myers on Littleton Road, between N. Cleveland Avenue and N. Tamiami Trail.
