LandQwest recognizes youngest
district member to hold
dual leadership positions
The Certified Commercial Investment Members Institute, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world, and LandQwest’s own Artem Nashman, CCIM was selected as president-elect of the Southwest Florida District.
Nashman will be the youngest member in Southwest Florida’s history to hold this esteemed position, where he will be working alongside Janet Davis, CCIM, the sitting president of CCIM Southwest District, identifying guest speakers, steering 2021 conferences and committees. A member since 2016, Nashman has served on the CCIM Board as University Alliance Chair, and Secretary.
Simultaneous to this, Nashman was named 2020 president of the Commercial Investment Professionals network, where he’ll be responsible for leading, managing and developing its membership base, board members and the overall organizational structure. Nashman has been on the CIP board since 2017 and has held several leadership positions including Treasurer.
Nashman marks the third LandQwest representative to become CCIM President-Elect of Southwest District and President of Commercial Investment Professionals (predecessor to Adam Palmer, CCIM and Mike Doyle, CCIM).

Barritt named chair of Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate Department
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., has announced that Attorney Amanda Barritt has been named chair of its real estate department. She holds the highest certification by The Florida Bar in Condominium & Planned Development Law. Barritt also serves as chair of the firm’s Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations practice group and co-chair of the marketing committee.
Barritt is a stockholder and joined Henderson Franklin in 2004. She represents residential and commercial condominium, homeowners’ and property owners’ associations, non-profit social and recreational clubs, developers, builders and individuals in all aspects of real estate development, operation, and condominium and property association law. She also handles general real estate matters, including drafting contracts, conducting real estate closings, and managing title issues.
Barritt is a member of the Real Property Probate & Trust Section and Condominium and Planned Development Committee of The Florida Bar, Lee County Bar Association and Lee County Association of Women Lawyers.
