New apartment complex under way in Cape Coral
Roers Development announced that construction is under way on The Cape at Savona Point, a 319-unit, four-story apartment complex located at 1730 Savona Point Circle in Cape Coral. Once completed, the project will consist of a clubhouse and two 40-plex and three 80-plex units. Residents will begin moving in on April 1, 2020.
