Meridian Senior Living to debut Atrium at Liberty Park
Meridian Senior Living invites the public to an open house for Atrium at Liberty Park, a new senior community under construction near Pine Island Road and Northeast 24th Avenue. The event will take place Saturday, March 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., next door to the property at Uptown at Liberty Park Apartments clubhouse on 2505 Liberty Park Drive. RSVP to 239-800-9787 or atriumatlibertypark.com/event.
Atrium at Liberty Park features 130 supportive independent living, assisted living and memory care residences over 110,000 square feet. Three spacious, landscaped courtyards and bright amenity spaces underscore the community’s focus on active living: daily engaging and social activities, a dining experience with multiple dining options and venues, and the highest quality of care.
“We’re dedicated to what we call ‘The WOW! Experience,’ which means we strive every day to provide residents with a truly exceptional community where they thrive, make friends and love life,” said Stacy McCanless, Meridian Senior Living Regional Director of Operations. “We look forward to proudly showing what Atrium at Liberty Park has to offer.”
A spa with a therapeutic whirlpool tub, fitness center, creative art studio, theater, library, salon and barbershop, and more await Atrium at Liberty Park residents, who’ll dine on cuisine from an executive chef and enjoy happy hours, dances, barbecues and a vast array of social events geared toward a social, active, confident lifestyle.
“Atrium at Liberty Park won’t be a place where you just stay in your room,” McCanless said. “Our robust array of options gives you plenty of reason to keep moving and keep doing.”
Residents are encouraged to embrace their independence. Around-the-clock nursing care and on-site physical therapy and rehab is available if residents need it. Meridian’s exclusive Montessori Moments in Time memory care program helps to improve the quality of life of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias, while offering support to families.
Atrium at Liberty Park will be the first Southwest Florida community for Meridian Senior Living, which has more than 70 communities in the U.S., 10 of which are located in Florida. Meridian is actively engaged in additional developments in Florida expected to start in 2019. The company’s top four executives have more than 100 years of combined experience in the senior care industry.
“We are excited to have our Welcome Center open and construction almost completed,” said Dan Castleberry, Chief Investment Officer at Meridian Senior Living. “We’ve spent a significant amount of time carefully crafting an environment for seniors, thoughtfully designed to exceed expectations for lifestyle and care. Atrium at Liberty Park will bring a much-needed service to seniors in Cape Coral and Southwest Florida.”
Seniors and their families can learn about the benefits of becoming charter members at the Atrium at Liberty Park Welcome Center at 2565 Liberty Park Drive, Unit 6108, Cape Coral, FL 33909.
