Medical Claim Service of Southwest Florida celebrating 30 years in business
There was no way to know back in 1985 that a small business Carol Hess began in her home to help people manage their medial paperwork would not only thrive for the next 30 years, but would become a top personal bill pay and medical claims specialists in the area, Medical Claim Service of Southwest Florida, Inc.
During the 1990s, with tremendous growth in the area and the business, Hess brought on her son-in-law, Stan Grigiski, who has been instrumental in implementing technology to maximize services to clients.
“Our clients hire us for security and peace of mind, knowing all their personal bills are paid, accounts are balanced, medical paperwork is managed accurately and current health insurance provides the most advantageous coverage,” Grigiski said.
According to Grigiski, it’s a complicated business with a simple philosophy of honesty, integrity and giving their clients peace of mind. He said that’s what has kept them thriving for 30 years.
