adds Cape Coral branch
Norcom Mortgage has continued its expansion by opening a new branch in Cape Coral. Branch manager Ray Stevens brings with him 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry with over 20 years of management experience in diversity, training and conflict resolution.
Stevens said that Norcom’s Cape Coral branch will be one that grows by referral base.
“Today’s loan officer has to provide excellent customer service, have problem solving skills, and be easy going in order to be effective and get referrals.” He said he believes his experience, coupled with these skills, will be beneficial for the future of the branch. “I offer a premium lending experience that many borrowers and realtors want.”

Suffolk Construction holds
topping off at Moorings Park
Suffolk Construction recently reached a significant milestone with the topping off of the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks Phase IV project.
The 5.73-acre Phase IV parcel features a four-story, 179,500-square-foot clubhouse and a 38-residence assisted living and memory care center with a parking structure, as well as a separate 6,200-square-foot Center for Healthy Living.
Located at the corner of Airport-Pulling Road and Golden Gate Parkway in Naples, the project is the continuation of a partnership between Moorings Park, Suffolk, teaming partner Morton and Wasmer Builders, and architects PerkinsEastman and BSSW Architects Inc.
Since opening its Florida office in 1994, Suffolk Construction has become one of the largest construction management firms in the state. cabinets, more to Lee BIA Builders Care
Toll Brothers, one of the nation’s leading builders of luxury homes, recently made a significant donation of high-end appliances, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, decor and more to Lee BIA Builders Care to help support local homeowners in need of emergency construction repairs. The items had been featured at Toll Brothers’ Southwest Regional Design Studio, which is currently being redesigned.

Builders Care is the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA). Its objective is to provide emergency repairs and construction services to elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged people who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means.
