St. Onge, Schafer awarded
Women’s Council of Realtors honors
Danielle St. Onge, broker associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and a member of Women’s Council of Realtors – Cape Coral Chapter, was presented the “State Officer of the Year” Award and Michele Schafer, broker Associate at Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, was presented with “Mentor of the Year” at the annual Florida Association of Realtors Convention, WCR Awards Banquet in Orlando.
Both St. Onge’s and Schafer’s awards are a reflection of their commitment to Women’s Council of Realtors at the local, state and national levels.
St. Onge has served in the following positions with WCR: 2016 State Governor, 2016 Education Chair State Committee, 2015 Governor, 2012 Local Chapter President, 2011 Local Chapter President Elect, and 2010-2013 Ways and Means Chair/co-Chair.
Schafer has also served WCR in many capacities including: currently District Vice President for districts 3 and 11 in Florida and a 2009 Past President for the Cape Coral Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. Michele says of her participation in WCR, “through my involvement in Women’s Council of Realtors, I have increased my business twofold along with gaining lifetime friendships.”
The Women’s Council of Realtors Cape Coral Chapter was established to be the source of education and business tools focused on the needs of women Realtors at all stages of development. Castle Harbour Homes earns
top awards from Lee BIA
The Lee Building Industry Association honored Castle Harbour Homes for excellence in design and construction of a private residence in Cape Coral during the 30th annual 2016 BIA Parade of Homes in February, announced company founder and president Dennis Miehle.
Castle Harbour Homes took top honors with a “Superior Home Award” in its category for homes priced from $1.9 million to $2.134 million. The home in the gated community of Cape Harbour also took home three Merit Awards for architectural, pool and interior designs.
The home features a West Indies-style architecture by Kriel Dilworth Design in Naples, as well as the latest innovations, technologies and energy saving components.
The three-bedroom, three-bath residence with a study and gym has an outdoor kitchen, pool with chaise lounge shelf and zero-edge spa, a 900-square-foot garage and a separate one-car garage. Kitchen features include a 110-square-foot morning cafe, double-sink island, wine cooler, and cooktop with commercial-grade hood. Poulton, Potts named representatives
for Arborwood Preserve
WCI Communities, the Bonita Springs-based lifestyle community developer, homebuilder and services provider, has named Andrea Poulton and Lisa Potts community representatives for Arborwood Preserve, the company’s newest master-planned community off Plantation Gardens Drive in Fort Myers.
Poulton brings more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential sales and extensive knowledge of Lee County and Southwest Florida. She joined WCI in 2014 as a community representative for Hampton Park.
A licensed real estate professional with 27 years of sales and retail experience, Potts most recently served as a community representative at WCI’s Livingston Lakes in Naples.

The Gulf adds associates
Weichert Realtors – On The Gulf, serving Collier, Lee, Palm Beach and Broward counties, have announced that Michael Watts and Lee Marhue have joined the Fort Myers office as a sales associate. Watts will be assisting buyers and sellers in Fort Myers and surrounding communities. Marhue will be helping home buyers and sellers in Lee County.
While helping clients with their real estate needs, Watts will also continue his career in education. He currently works for the Lee County School District as an academic coach at Ray V. Pottorf Elementary School in Fort Myers.
A graduate of Anderson University in Indiana with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education, Watts also holds a master of science degree in education from Capella University. He grew up in Indiana and moved to Southwest Florida two years ago.
Watts is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Area and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a resident of Fort Myers.
Marhue is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Area and brings more than 23 years of business development and management experience in the spa industry to her new position
Originally from Trinidad, Marhue has called South Florida home for the past three years. When not working, Marhue enjoys being outdoors, bike riding, running and yoga.
Marhue lives in Fort Myers with her husband, Dr. Brian Marhue.

Progressive Builders Inc. has hired Derrick Perry as production manager. In this position, Perry will be responsible for the client experience and managing projects to retain high customer satisfaction. His work primarily focuses on clients, project planning, scheduling, communication with subcontractors and suppliers, purchasing, cost management, quality assurance, record keeping and risk management.
Originally from coastal Alaska, Perry previously worked for Progressive Builders Inc. in 2005, before returning to Alaska to support his family in the heart of the recession. He recently re-joined the team in January. Perry has had a close working relationship with Progressive Builders for over 10 years. During that time, as a NARI Certified Lead Carpenter, he managed the company’s cabinet line and worked as a superintendent. Now, as production manager, Perry draws from his extensive experience in home remodeling, custom residential new construction and large scale commercial construction projects such as schools and multi-purpose community centers.
