Aubuchon Team of Companies has two new models open
The Aubuchon Team of Companies recently announced the opening of two models: The Seascape, located at 5007 Pelican Blvd., in Cape Coral, and the Key Largo at Porpoise Point, 4581 RedFish Point, Unit #5, Matlacha. Both homes are featured in the Lee Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes which started last weekend and continues through Sunday, Feb. 21.
The Seascape, a Sterling Collection home, is a three-bedroom, three-bath, tropical home featuring an en-suite bath in every room, vanishing-edge pool, two oversized covered lanais and a tropical summer kitchen.
Aubuchon Homes is the exclusive builder in Porpoise Point, a waterfront community located in Matlacha. Porpoise Point offers nine villas, each with two units and the option of having a boat slip. “Key Largo” is the featured Villa with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
Both models will open daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon – 5 p.m.
