Quinn receives Century 21
Quality Service Producer award
Century 21 Real Estate LLC has recognized Geri Quinn of Century 21 Birchwood Realty, Inc. with the Century 21 Quality Service Producer award.
This national award is presented annually to those Century 21 affiliates who receive a minimum return rate of 30 percent on their post-transaction client satisfaction surveys sent between January 1 and October 31, with a minimum satisfaction index of 90 percent. Surveys are e-mailed to all customers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home.
Quinn has 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been with the Century 21 System for 11 years.

Lee County Community Development issues January permit report
During January, contractors pulled 107 permits to build single-family houses collectively valued at more than $20.3 million in unincorporated Lee County. That compares to 132 permits issued in December 2015 and 79 issued in January 2015, according to the Lee County Department of Community Development. Data for 2015 includes permits for the Village of Estero.
Also during January, 14 multi-family units valued at about $1 million, were permitted, compared to 200 units in December and 358 in January 2015.
General commercial activity was valued at about $8.8 million for 19 permits, compared to about $3.7 million in December and about $26 million in January 2015.
Lee County Community Development issued 3,396 permits of all kinds in January.
Lee County Community Development oversees planning, zoning, development and building services, environmental review, building inspection, and code enforcement for the unincorporated areas of Lee County.

Gulf Shore Mustang Club
donates $3,941 to Lee BIA Builders Care
The Gulf Shore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida has donated $3,941 to help the Lee Building Industry Association Builders Care program provide free home repairs to disadvantage Lee County residents.
The gift is a result of funds raised throughout the year at multiple events hosted and attended by the Gulf Shore Mustang Club.
The club members also volunteer to help at other Builders Care events throughout the year.
Gulfshore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida, founded in 1999 and chartered by the Mustang Club of America, is made up of Mustang enthusiasts. The nearly 150 members share knowledge and appreciation of Mustangs through various activities including helping the community along the way.
Builders Care is the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association. Its objective is to provide emergency repairs and construction services to elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged people who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means. To date, Lee BIA Builders Care has put nearly $4 Million in construction services back into the community at no cost to homeowners in need. Builders Care enlists the volunteer services of Lee BIA members and leverages grants and donated materials to provide construction and remodeling services to qualified homeowners throughout Lee County.
