Aubuchon Homes earns eight Builder’s Showcase Awards
Aubuchon Homes, the custom home division of Aubuchon Team of Companies, earned eight awards in the 2016 Cape Coral Construction Industry Association’s Builder’s Showcase Awards Thursday, Jan. 14, during the award banquet held at Palmetto Pines Country Club.
Awards in its specific category include: Best Overall, Best Livability, Best Kitchen, Best Interior Design, Best Exterior, Best Pool, Best Bathand Best Outside Living.
The Mandolin, located at 1811 Cape Coral Parkway, East, features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a den/study for a total living area of 3,996 square feet and total living area (under air) of 2,541 square feet. Elevation styles include Mediterranean, Key West, West Indies and Spanish Colonial.

Marlin International Realty moves offices
Marlin International Realty has moved its offices to the Executive Center at 2328 Hancock Bridge Parkway, St. 101, Cape Coral. This new space will allow the company to expand and is actively hiring new agents.
Marlin International has been in business since 2012 under the leadership of broker/owner Lou Simonetti. Lou and his wife, Judy, have been residents of Lee County for 27 years.
