Third Culver’s to open in Fort Myers

Craig Culver, co-founder of Culver’s restaurant chain, and local franchise owners, will be on hand to cut the ribbon of the Culver’s third restaurant in Fort Myers Thursday, Jan. 14, at 9 a.m.

Franchisees Matt Beder, Chad Stevenson and Jeff Liegel will host the celebration. Also in attendance will be the Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and city dignitaries. The restaurant, located at 9340 Ben C Pratt Six Mile Cypress Parkway, will serves fast casual food cooked-to-order. Hours of operation are 10 a.m .until 11 p.m. every day, with the exception of a few holidays.

Other Culver’s are located at 12651 South Cleveland Ave. and at 10050 University Plaza Drive.

There are also two Culver’s in Cape Coral at 1607 Cape Coral Parkway, East, and 309 S.W. Pine Island Road.

to celebrate 10 years in business

Pushing the Envelope, Inc. is celebrating double-digit success, marking its 10-year anniversary this month. Since opening its doors in 2006, Pushing the Envelope has experienced tremendous growth and success, receiving numerous awards and recognition of excellence in the industry. What started as a direct mail and printing business has grown into an award-winning marketing communication firm, servicing both local and national brands.

Williams joins Cruise & Travel Experts

English named to advisory committee

Pavese Law Firm partner Katherine English has been appointed to serve a two-year term as chair on the American Farm Bureau Federation’s Issue Advisory Committee on Water and Water Quality. The AFBF works to enhance and strengthen the lives of rural Americans and to build strong, prosperous agricultural communities through legislative action.

As the chair of the Issue Advisory Committee on Water and Water Quality, English will work with staff and members and her fellow committee members to make recommendations on issues of the Clean Water Act, national and regional water storage programs, Army Corps of Engineers’ water-related efforts, flood control, and she will provide issue recommendations to the AFBF board of directors as needed.

Hersch and Hill to host Residency and Estate Planning Workshops

Attorneys Craig R. Hersch and Michael B.
