Group adds five agents
Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group has welcomes five residential/commercial agents to its Cape Coral and Bonita Springs real estate offices.
Debra Johnson Shuey, a new member of the commercial division, is a third generation Realtor with over 35 years of real estate experience. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Paralegal/Legal Assistant.
Annette Barbaccia joins Miloff Aubuchon Realty’s Commercial Division with more than 25 years of experience in land use development and planning, including real estate and governmental relations. She served as the planning director for the city of Cape Coral for two years.
Bob O’ Connor, a longtime resident of Cape Coral, retired from FedEx in January 2015, and is now a member of Team Ellwood (John and Shirley). He obtained his real estate license in 2005 and his appraiser’s license in 2009.
John J. Milaski worked for IBM as a product designer and account executive for 36 years. He brings years of invaluable experience from working with Fortune 100 executives, negotiating multi-million dollar contract sales.
Lary Parker joins the Bonita Springs office and is chair of the RPAC Committee and a CCAR Public Relations committee member. He owned an engineering business in Texas before relocating to Naples in 2008.

Hale to address
CCIM Wednesday
Edward “Ned” Hale, owner of the Hale Law Group, P.A., will be the guest speaker at the Southwest Florida District of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Members) meeting Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 4:30-6:30 p.m., at The Edison Restaurant, 3583 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers.
Hale will speak on the topic of “How to Avoid Lawsuits,” emphasizing recent case law impacting commercial real estate professionals.
