Ribbon-cutting set for new Culver’s restaurant in Cape
Craig Culver, co-founder of Culver’s restaurant chain, and local franchise owners, LaVonne Daveler, Chad Stevenson, Jeff Liegel, along with Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce representatives and city dignitaries, will be on hand to cut the ribbon and officially open the second Culver’s restaurant in Cape Coral on Thursday, July 16, at 9 a.m.
The restaurant, located at 309 W. Pine Island Road, is set to open Monday, July 13, and will serve fast casual food cooked-to-order.
Hours of operation are 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. every day, with the exception of a few holidays.
Culver’s first restaurant in Cape Coral, located at 1607 Cape Coral Parkway, E., opened in October 2014.
Noted for its friendly service and high-quality food, the restaurant has dine-in seating, a drive-through window, take-out service and patio seating. After ordering at the front counter, guests seat themselves and relax while their food is cooked and delivered to their table.
“We’re thrilled to bring handcrafted, high-quality meals and desserts to the community of Cape Coral,” Daveler said in a release announcing the grand opening of the new restaurant. “We think it’s a wonderful area and we are excited to become a contributing and active member of the community.
“Culver’s was founded on the idea of providing excellent service and high-quality food made with the best ingredients,” Culver said in the release. “The outstanding people who serve our guests behind the counter have helped us earn our reputation, and we’re excited to have team members from the surrounding Cape Coral community as part of our team.”
For over 30 years, Culver’s guests have been treated to cooked-to-order food made with farm-fresh ingredients. The ever-expanding franchise system now numbers more than 500 family-owned and operated restaurants in 22 states. Signature items include the award-winning ButterBurger and Fresh Frozen Custard, including the famous Flavor of the Day program.
