Express Homes expands its
Home Plans in SW Cape Coral
Following the success of its first Southwest Florida community in Lehigh Acres, Express Homes is expanding its affordable single-family offerings with larger home plans in high-demand areas like Cape Coral.
In addition to a few move-in ready homes, Express Homes has several homes under construction, with plans to build more throughout Southwest Cape Coral to continue bringing affordable, quality-built houses to the area. These homes start at just $178,990 and range from approximately 1,672 to 2,807 square feet of living space. All plans feature three to five bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, a two-car garage and covered lanai, while some plans offer an optional den. She entered the mortgage industry as a processor and moved her way up to become a FHA underwriter. As she gained knowledge of the industry, she decided to get her mortgage origination license and open her own mortgage company where she specialized in residential, commercial and hard equity lending.
