Stevens Construction begins expansion
of Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida
Stevens Construction has started the expansion of Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida in Fort Myers, announced Mark Stevens, company president. The expansion will add a 2,289-square-foot physical and occupational therapy suite to the office, which is located at 7331 College Parkway.
The addition, which is slated for completion in April, will be equipped with 11 treatment beds, treadmills, stationary bicycles and gym equipment. In addition, the physical therapy suite will also house reception, an office and an employee lounge.
The Stevens Construction team includes superintendent Jamie Butdorf and project administrator Kathryn Gomez. The project was designed by Gora McGahey Architects.
Stevens Construction previously completed a 14,158-square-foot medical office for Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida in 2011.
With offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, Stevens Construction specializes in providing construction management, general contracting and consulting services to clients and design professionals. Other services include site and design team selection, budgeting, project scheduling, permitting, cost and quality control and warranty service. The company builds healthcare, commercial and hospitality facilities.

Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, the real estate division of Team Aubuchon, announces the opening of a new real estate office in the Bonita/Naples area making this the company’s fourth location in Southwest Florida. The office is scheduled to open the end of February.
The state-of-the-art office is located in the DaVinci Center, 28901 Trails Edge Blvd., Suite 201, Bonita Springs, on the Lee and Collier county line. The 2,836-square-foot office will accommodate up to 25 agents who will assist customers with all aspects of real estate, property management, and new home construction.

Laura Centola has been promoted to office manager and has been with the company for 3 years starting with its Real Estate Information and Model Center in Cape Coral.
