top producers, adds staffer

RE/MAX Realty Partners has recognized its top three agents in residential closed transactions for December.

Stevens Construction begins

multiple projects in Fort Myers

Stevens Construction has started multiple construction projects in Fort Myers, announced Mark Stevens, company president. All three projects involved interior renovations to existing buildings and are expected to be completed by the end of quarter one.

Stevens Construction is providing interior renovations to the five-story Bank of America building located at 13099 South Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers. Occurring in two phases, Stevens Construction is renovating all bathrooms on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors.

Scheduled for completion at the end of January, Stevens Construction is completing the tenant improvement of Pure Barre. Located at 7381 College Parkway, Suite 100, in Fort Myers, the project includes construction of a 1700-square-foot fitness studio, reception, retail area, bathroom and storage.

In addition, Stevens Construction is also providing a tenant improvement for Acute Dermatology and Cosmetics. Located at 9400 Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers, the project is slated for completion at the end of January.

Classic Series homes available in Belcrest

A limited number of single-family Classic Series homes are available in the 43-home Belcrest neighborhood at Hampton Park at Gateway, WCI Communities’ multigenerational master-planned community in Fort Myers.

Hampton Park’s Classic Series homes offer three bedrooms, formal dining rooms and dens that can be used as additional bedrooms in 2,434 to 2,986 square feet of air-conditioned living space.

Two available 2,644-square-foot Boretto home designs offer three baths, owner’s suites with an oversized, double-entry walk-in closet, and a three-car garage. Both homes have pools.

With 2,986 square feet, the Donatello is Hampton Park’s largest Classic Series home. Its formal dining room features an octagonal coffered ceiling.
