Camelot model home sold
Elysium Homes has sold its Camelot model home located at 1507 S.W. 38th St., in Cape Coral. The home continues to operate as a model open to the public during a five-month leaseback period that began in October.

completes project
Stevens Construction has completed construction of a new 10,580-square-foot medical office for Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida, announced Mark Stevens, president.
Located at 5700 Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres, the medical office includes 18 exam rooms, six nurse’s stations, an ultrasound room and six physician’s offices.
This is the second office for Physicians’ Primary Care that Stevens Construction has completed. Stevens Construction completed a Fort Myers location at 7381 College Pkwy. in August.
Physicians’ Primary Care specializes in family practice, OB/GYN and pediatrics.

Fourth decorated model
opens in Lindsford
D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida Division has announced that a fourth model has opened in the Lindsford development in Fort Myers. The two-story Monarch model features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a two-car garage and offers approximately 2,542 square feet of living space. All four models are open seven days a week.
Homes in Lindsford start in the low-$200s. With 15 plans to choose from, there is a home for every lifestyle in this gated community located along the Winkler Avenue corridor, close to I-75, U.S. 41, and the historic River District of downtown Fort Myers. A limited number of quick move-in homes are also available.
