RE/MAX Realty Team title

sponsor of Cape City

Championship Golf Tournament

The city of Cape Coral and Coral Oaks Golf Course recently announced that RE/MAX Realty Team broker owners Yoselyn and Michael Hollow have agreed to become the title sponsor of the Cape Coral City Championship Golf Tournament beginning in October by committing to a three-year, $10,000 annual sponsorship. The 2014 tournament will take place the weekend of Oct. 18-19, with a Kickoff Pro-Am and BBQ Party Friday, Oct. 17.

Entry fees are $75 per person for Friday’s Pro-Am event, $125 for the weekend tournament, or a discounted price of $180 for both. The tournament registration fee includes all green and cart fees for the 36-hole competition, beverages on the course, lunch on Saturday, awards banquet on Sunday, range balls, a tee gift for each golfer, prizes and trophies for the top finishers, plus admission to Friday evening’s Kickoff Party & BBQ.

Additional tickets to Friday’s Kickoff Party for guests and non-golfers may be purchased in advance for $20 each.

The tournament is limited to 172 competitors and interested golfers can register for the tournament by visiting the Coral Oaks Pro Shop or calling 239-573-3100. Blank entry forms can also be accessed on the Coral Oaks website at www.CoralOaksGolf.com. The deadline for registration is Oct. 12.

Move-in specials available

at Moody River Estates

D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida Division has announced quick move-in specials from the low $200,000s are now available in Moody River Estates, some with direct water access. Construction continues

at Estero Place development

Construction work continues on schedule at Estero Place, Neal Communities’ new, gated community of single-family homes in Estero, according to Kristie T. Reinert, Sales & Marketing Director South Region, Building Division. The 54-acre Estero Place is located at the southwest corner of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road.
