Applebee’s debuts line of All-In Burgers

FORT MYERS With cooler weather just around the corner, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar locations throughout Lee County have debuted a brand-new menu guaranteed to heat up guests’ appetites, starring the scrumptious new All-In Burgers.

Made with an innovative grilling technique that fuses ingredients with 100 percent fresh ground chuck, these one-of-a-kind burgers are bursting with handcrafted flavor.

The All-In Burger line features four new burgers, including the American Standard All-In Burger, seared in pickles, bacon and onion and topped with a signature sauce and American cheese; the bacon-infused Triple Bacon All-In Burger, with bacon, barbecue bacon ranch and cheddar cheese; the Mushroom Swiss All-In Burger, filled with Portobello and button mushrooms and topped with smoky mayo and Swiss cheese; and the Sweet Asian Pineapple All-In Burger, seared in pineapple with spicy Sweet Asian Chili sauce and Jack Cheese.

Angry Orchard Recipe Contest

Continuing the trend toward handcrafted flavor, and putting guests’ mixology skills to the test, Applebee’s is hosting a recipe contest in which participants can submit their own cocktail creation incorporating Angry Orchard Hard Cider. Now until Sept. 21, customers can visit ApplebeesDrinkContest.com to enter their own original drink recipe featuring Angry Orchard for the chance have their drink featured on the menu of Applebee’s locations in Florida, Georgia, Long Island and New Jersey that are owned and operated by franchisee Doherty Enterprises.

The top three recipes will be featured in Doherty-owned Applebee’s restaurants from Oct. 6-31 for voting. The grand prize winner of the recipe contest will be announced on Nov. 3 and will have his or her recipe included on the menu in all participating locations from Nov. 24 Dec. 31, plus receive a trip for tqo to New York City, including hotel, two tickets to a Broadway show and a $100 spending gift card. Each of the top 3 winners will also receive an iPad Mini.

In Florida, the new menu items will be offered at Applebee’s located in Boynton Beach, Cape Coral, Delray Beach, Estero, Fernandina Beach, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Greenacres, Jacksonville, Jupiter, Lake City, Lake Park, Naples, North Port, Okeechobee, Port Charlotte, Port St. Lucie, Punta Gorda, Royal Palm Beach, Sarasota, St. Augustine, Venice, Vero Beach and West Palm Beach, and in Georgia in Brunswick, Kingsland and Waycross.
