Patrick Cattanach has been appointed to the position of general manager at Sandoval, the 524-acre gated Bonita Bay Group community in Cape Coral. He will oversee the community’s management and operations including seven staff, as well as the homeowners association.

An experienced club manager, Cattanach was most recently general manager of Troon Golf communities in Ave Maria and Fort Myers. He was previously associated with Bonita Bay Group as general manager of Copperleaf Golf Club and Spring Run Golf Club, both located within The Brooks in Bonita Springs. From 1995 to 1997 Cattanach was general manager of Legacy Golf Club in Bradenton.

Cattanach is a Certified Community Association Manager and a member of PGA of America. He received a master of science degree in recreation administration from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, and a bachelor of business administration from UW, Eau Claire.

With gated entries, winding streets, sidewalks and 20 lakes, Sandoval is being developed in three phases.

Phase I is planned with 579 homes, and Phase II, which opened for sales in January 2006, is planned with 485 homes. At build-out, Sandoval will have 1,523 homes, all by Sandoval’s preferred builders.

Bonita Bay Group and CenturyLink bring state-of-the-art, fiber-to-the-home technology to each home in Sandoval.

The Sandoval Welcome Center is located on Veterans Parkway just west of Surfside Boulevard.
