New physicians join Lee Memorial Health System medical staff

Lee Memorial Health System has announced that the following physicians joined our medical staff during the month of June.

– Enrique Aymerich, M.D. family practice, obtained his medical degree at the Instituto Superior de Ciencias Medicas. He completed a family practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center. He will be joining the Hospitalist Group of Southwest Florida.

– Ronald Goodwich, M.D. nuclear medIcine, obtained his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed two years of a general surgery residency at the University of Maryland and a third year at Christiana Hospital where he continued with an additional two years of radiology. He completed two years of nuclear medicine training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He will be joining Radiology Regional Center.

– James Newlon, M.D. otolaryngology, obtained his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He completed a general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He will be joining ENT Associates.

– Ruben Perez-Casas, M.D. family practice, obtained his medical degree at the Instituto Superior de Ciencias Medicas. He completed a family practice residency at Bella Vista Hospital, Mayagez, Puerto Rico. He will be joining Inpatient Consultants.

– Krishna Priya Raju, M.D. pulmonary medicine, obtained her medical degree at Andhra Medical College. She completed an internal medicine residency and pulmonary medicine fellowship at Bridgeport Hospital. He has joined HealthPark Pulmonary Specialists.
