Brar joins Martin Law Firm
The Martin Law Firm welcomes Jessica Brar as the newest attorney to the firm.
With a longstanding interest in matters of family and domestic counseling, Jessica’s background includes advocating for the rights of children and dealing with domestic violence.
She has served the 8th judicial circuit court as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing the interests of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in civil dependency court proceedings including termination of parental rights.
Brar is certified by the Florida Supreme Court to appear in court and advocate for the state.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminology, Law and Society, graduating with honors from the University of Florida, Gainesville. She earned her JD from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
With her impressive legal background in domestic matters and child advocacy, she will join the practice in its family law and civil litigation division.
