Paul Homes announces plans for a new model

3 min read

“There’s a lot of pent up demand in this marketplace,” says Gary Paul, president of Paul Homes. “We’re seeing it every day in our sales center, and as a result, we’ve decided that now is the perfect time to take action. So we are very excited to be talking about our new model, The Majestic.”

Construction on this three-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is expected to begin in May, with completion slated for October.

“We plan to open a new sales center in the model in time for the 2010 season,” Paul said.

“Throughout this economic free-fall, we have maintained a strong belief in this community and in our ability to recover,” says Bob Knight, vice president of Paul Homes.

“We know that things have been bad, but we feel that we are reaching the end of the economic cycle. Now is the time to start moving forward and planning for the future.”

The Majestic features many of the features Paul Homes’ buyers have become accustomed. Spacious rooms, expansive areas for storage, and open floor plans focused on outdoor living. In addition, The Majestic will offer striking exterior architectural details, distinguishing this home from many currently on the market. Other items incorporated into the design include walk-in-closets in all bedrooms, a three-car garage with additional storage, pantry closet in the kitchen and a summer kitchen on the pool deck. The efficient design offers all of this in 2,350 square feet of air conditioned living space.

The Majestic will be located on Cape Coral Parkway, on one of the city’s most traveled roadways.

“There hasn’t been a lot to get excited about during the past few years,” Knight said.

“But we are already getting unheard of interest in this model. It really is time to start focusing on the future, instead of spending all our time looking back. We’re ready for things to turn around and we’re not waiting for someone else to take the lead. This is one case where we are proud to be leading the parade.”
