Sales rate reaches 65 percent in Phase 2 of Country Lakes
LeeCorp Homes Inc. announces the sales rate has reached 65 percent in Phase 2 of Country Lakes, as 21 out of 32 manufactured home lots have been sold. Country Lakes is located in Fort Myers on Country Lakes Boulevard, north of Luckett Road.
The average lot size is 77 x 160, which is approximately a 1/4 acre country-size lot. These lots prices have been reduced are now priced between $24,900 and $49,900 with land and home packages from the $130,000s.
The three models open at Country Lakes have recently been reduced, and start at $134,900. All built by Jacobsen Homes, they are located at 9802 Cattail Blvd., 9783 Creekwood Lane and 5383 Countrydale Court, and can be viewed with an appointment by contacting LeeCorp Homes.
Country Lakes is a 55 plus community in a quiet, country setting. Community features include a clubhouse with a pool, shuffleboard court, playground, tennis and basketball courts. Phase 2 is being developed across from the fresh water lake that features a covered gazebo. Country Lakes offers many social activities, including dances, potluck dinners and craft activities in the clubhouse.
The two-acre LeeCorp Homes Model Center is located at 20251 S. Tamiami Trail. Models are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
