Denny Grimes speaks at National Real Estate Summit
Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes Company, recently spoke at the Star Power Real Estate Success Summit in Minneapolis, Minn. Grimes has more than 25 years of real estate experience and has sold more than a half billion dollars worth of property in the past seven years.
Grimes’ presentation addressed the importance of pricing property effectively in a buyer’s market. He stressed the significance of Realtors going beyond simply listing a property and instead acting as a “counselor” to individual sellers, builders and developers.
“The market stinks, so we have to adjust our thinking,” says Grimes. “My goal was to share ideas on how agents can focus on finding the pony in a market full of manure.”
