Fairmont, a single-family neighborhood with homes by David Weekley Homes, is more than 80 percent sold according to Bonita Bay Group, developer of the master-planned community in Cape Coral. The intimate neighborhood with just 28 homesites overlooks two lakes and a preserve area.
David Weekley Homes offers seven floor plans, several with an optional second-floor bonus room. The popular designs were introduced in the Windwood neighborhood, which recently sold out, and are repeated in Fairmont.
The Aviance offers three bedrooms, three baths and 2,549 to 2,649 square feet under air. The Taraval, with four bedrooms and three baths, offers 2,860 to 2,960 square feet of living space. The Crestpoint, with three bedrooms, three baths and 2,653 to 2,753 square feet of living space under air; The Greenheart, with three bedrooms, two baths and 2,410 to 2,510 square feet under air; The Palmdale, with four bedrooms, three baths and 3,032 to 3,132 square feet under air; The Seagrove, with three bedrooms, two baths and 2,193 to 2,293 square feet under air; and The Windance, with four bedrooms, three baths and 2,699 to 2,799 square feet under air. Homes with homesites are priced from the mid-300,000s.
