Collier County – The northbound rest area on I-75 at mile marker 63 will be closed from Tuesday, Sept. 6, through Friday, Sept. 9, during daytime hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. to allow crews to resurface the roadway. Motorists are advised to use Mile Marker/Exit 101 during the closure. Motorists should expect delays and use caution while driving in the area.

The work is being conducted as part of the FDOT project on I-75 from the Broward County Line to the bridge over wildlife crossing 15. Project improvements include resurfacing 25 miles of roadway, updating the Intelligent Transportation Systems, guardrail, and fencing.
