The right turn lane of Pelican Boulevard onto Cape Coral Parkway W. has been closed due to a water main leak.
As of 4 p.m. Friday, city crews were at Pelican Boulevard and Cape Coral Parkway W. working to fix a water main break.
The right turn lane of Pelican Blvd. will be closed for approximately eight hours while repairs are completed, city officials said in a 4:06 p.m. email.
The road closure is required so crews can perform a necessary utility repair and restore the roadway, officials said.
Motorists should expect delays and use caution while traveling through the area.
