Lee County DOT, along with its contractor Highway Safety Devices, will be installing a new traffic signal at Lee Boulevard and Lee Street. This project includes widening the northbound approach of Lee Street, sidewalk improvements, improved signalization, lighting and signing and pavement markings. The project began on Jan. 11 and is estimated to be completed by August 2021. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use extra caution in this area.
