UPDATE: At 3:50 this afternoon, the Florida Highway Patrol reported that all westbound lanes of traffic are open.

Shortly before 2:30 today, the Florida Highway Patrol reported that it is investigating a multiple vehicle crash with injuries on Interstate 75 at mile marker 43 in Broward County. All westbound lanes are currently closed.

Emergency crews are on scene, and FHP asks that drivers please avoid area if possible.
