Keep Lee County Beautiful art calendar available
Keep Lee County Beautiful Inc. has announced the release of the 31st annual “Leave The Scene Clean” Calendar. The 2021 environmental calendar is a historical retrospective showcasing calendar cover winners from the past 30 years.
Over the years, Keep Lee County Beautiful has received thousands of pieces of artwork in its annual art contest. The art contest challenges the students to visualize a correct environmental action and transfer that mental picture into a work of art.
Organizers ay the artwork has the power to make you think deeper around you which is often the first step towards a person realizing they can make a difference to protect the world we live in.
The calendar is available for distribution to public, private and home schools to serve as a source of funding for school environmental projects. Schools keep 100% of the money they raise to be used toward the projects.
