Cape Coral police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating and identifying an alleged fraudster.

The man in the photographs is a suspect in a case involving fraudulent use of a credit card and identity theft.

The man made fraudulent transactions on Jan. 29 and 30 in the early evening at the Publix, at 2420 S. Santa Barbara Blvd.

The suspect is white or possibly Hispanic and wore grey flip-flops, tight dark grey sweatpants and a light grey jacket on both days.
