With two precincts out, it’s Carioscia, Stout and Cosden in the lead

With 28 of 30 precincts reporting, the Lee County Elections Office reports that incumbent John Carioscia is leading challenger Kirk LaGrasta in District 2; Marilyn Stout is leading Chris Cammarota in District 3 and Jessica Cosden is leading Timothy Barrier in District 7.

With two precincts still out, Carioscia has 50.64 percent of the vote to LaGrasta’s 43.81; Stout has 52.87 percent of the vote to Cammarota’s 42.05 and Cosden has 50.38 percent of the vote to Barrier’s 43.53.

The “undervote,” where voters did not cast a ballot in a particular race, is about 5 percent in each race.
