Hydraulic oil spill closes traffic lane near Midpoint Bridge
The Fort Myers Police Department is on the scene of a hydraulic oil spill from a commercial vehicle. The single westbound lane of Colonial Boulevard from the base of the Midpoint Bridge that allows traffic to travel to McGregor Boulevard will be closed for the next few hours. Westbound traffic of Colonial Boulevard onto the Midpoint Bridge is unaffected.
Please expect delays as traffic is re-routed or find an alternate route of travel to avoid any unnecessary delays.
