FDOT Roadwatch Update for Lee County
The Florida Department of Transportation has issued the following Roadwatch Update for Lee County:
– I-75: From the SR 80 interchange (#141) to the Luckett Road interchange (#139): Maintenance permit project — Crews will be working in the north and southbound travel lanes of I-75 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Thursday night (May 5) through Friday morning (May 6), weather permitting. This may extend into the following night. No lane closures are scheduled but motorists are to be aware of slow moving traffic and possible delays.
– US 41: From Victoria Avenue to South Street: Maintenance permit project City of Fort Myers crews will be working on the manhole covers on US 41 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., Friday night (May 6) through Saturday morning (May 7). Motorists should expect a northbound right lane closure, slow moving traffic and possible delays.
– SR 867/McGregor Boulevard: From Crescent Drive to Bay Drive: Maintenance permit project On Friday, May 6, FPL crews will perform maintenance on the existing overhead lines from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., weather permitting. The northbound right lane will be closed to traffic. Please use caution while traveling through this work zone.
