Save The Pets Alliance & Coral Veterinary Clinic teaming up for public Pet Wellness Fair
The Save the Pets Alliance is teamming up with Coral Veterinary Clinic for a Pet Fair at Coral Vet, Sunday May 2, from noon to 4 p.m. The fair will be held at 9540 Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers.
Bring your family (two and four-legged) for an afternoon of fun-filled entertainment, interactive and informative exhibits, prizes and giveaways, and good company. The Pet Fair will feature the latest products, services, information and advice for pet-parents.
There will be “mock” X-ray and surgery set up for you to view and understand the steps your pet might go through while in our care. There will be a behavior booth with product reps available to answer questions, along with face and paw painting, K-9 obedience demo, raffles with gift baskets and anything else we can get our hands on.
There will also be a fire department display, food, a puppy pool, dunk tank with “Dunk the Doc,” Lee County VOICE volunteers to fingerprint your 2-legged kids, veterinary acupuncture, laser therapy demo and PETCO with the prize wheel.
All proceeds will be donated to the Save the Pets Alliance; please bring canned or dry pet food donations.
The Save the Pets Alliance is a cooperative effort of The Animal Refuge Center, Lee County Animal Services, Caloosa Veterinary Medical Society, PETCO, Cyber Sunshine and the Harry Chapin Food Bank to provide the food and supplies necessary to keep pets in their homes, rather than in shelters.
