Cape Dog Bakery & Cat House and Parks & Rec to present Feline Fun Fair
Lou and Anita Simmons, owners of the Cape Dog Bakery, and the Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting the first Feline Fun Fair. The free event will be held at Four Freedoms Park on Saturday Nov. 14, from 9a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be rescue groups, breeders, vendor exhibits and seminars for cat lovers.
The Simmons have been holding LabFest events at Four Freedoms Park for the last four years with great success, raising awareness and funds for Labrador Retriever Rescue of Florida. This year when Cape Coral’s only Cat House was added to the store, a foster program was started with Lee County Domestic Animal Services.
The Cape Dog Bakery & Cat House, located at 1207 Cape Coral Parkway in the Big John’s Shopping Center, is dedicated to all things for cats and dogs.
