FMPD arrest two on drug charges

This morning the Fort Myers Police Department conducted a search warrant at 3548 Glenn Drive. The operation was in response to numerous complaints of drug activity. Police arrested the following people:

Robinson Mathurin, 29, was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, a warrant for trafficking cocaine out of Broward County, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, providing a false name, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jimmy Mathurin, 32, was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police recovered 12 grams of crack cocaine, 4 oxycodone pills, and cooking equipment (paraphernalia). Detectives also seized $1400.00 in cash.
