Portion of Southwest 6th Avenue to close temporarily
Officials with MWH have announced that one block of Southwest 6th Avenue will be closed to through traffic starting this afternoon, July 29, and reopening by Tuesday morning, Aug. 4. The closure is necessary to make repairs to a storm drain and an irrigation water line.
Southwest 6th Avenue will be closed between Southwest 13th Street and Southwest 13th Terrace. There are no homes on this block of Southwest 6th Avenue.
