ARC food, supply drive Sunday
Sam’s Club in fort Myers will be holding a food and supply drive for the Animal Refuge Center Sunday, June 28, from 1 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Items needed include canned or dry dog/cat food, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, bar soap, tall kitchen garbage bags, yard trash bags, hand wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, copy paper, bottled water or hot dogs for canine training.
Sam’s Club is located at 5170 Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers, across from Page Field Commons.
Incorporated in 1988, the Animal Refuge Center is a not-for-profit animal welfare society, dedicated to caring for all homeless animals brought to its 22 1/2-acre sanctuary in North Fort Myers. The sanctuary houses a Welcome Center, Canine Training Center, 13 feline facilities, 30 canine lodges and is home to more than 400 cats or 60 dogs. ARC is a non-euthanasia organization.
