Road closure at U.S. 41, South Street; 5 p.m.

The Fort Myers Police Department is on the scene of a traffic crash involving a LeeTran Bus. It happened at the intersection of U.S. 41 and South Street. The southbound lanes at that intersection have been shut down. Drivers should avoid the area. Injuries are unknown at this time. Further updates will be issued, officials said.
