Temporary road closures set for Del Prado
From 7 p.m., Thursday, until 5 a.m., Friday, temporary road closures are planned for Del Prado Boulevard between Kismet Parkway and Diplomat Parkway for drainage installation work. According to the city of Cape Coral, Del Prado and Diplomat will be open to local traffic only.
Advance warning signs, electronic message boards and barricades will be used to assist motorists traveling through that area.
A detour will be in place. Northbound Del Prado motorists wanting access north Kismet will travel west on Diplomat, north to Andalusia Boulevard, east on Kismeet and north onto Del Prado. Southbound motorists on Del Prado will be directe west on Kismet, south on Andalusia, east on Diplomat back onto Del Prado.
Drivers are urged to use caution in the work zone.
