Traffic signals out at Six Mile Cypress/Metro Parkway
Shortly after 3 p.m. today, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office reported that stop lights are not operational at intersection of Six Miles Cypress and Metro Parkway in Fort Myers due to workers backing into transformer.
FPL is on the scene, and it is expected to be 2 to 3 hours before the lights are restored.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.
