Three, two, one … the IMAG History & Science Center is launching its Spring Break Camp, “Inspiration Takes Flight,” from March 15-19 for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. IMAG officials say this new, exciting camp is sure to be an out-of-this-world experience!

Inspiration takes flight when campers fly gliders and launch rockets, train for a mission in space, be and astronaut, and maneuver robotic rovers on the rocky surfaces of Mars and the Moon. Campers will learn about air and space travel, the physics of flight, and the laws of motion; they will explore our Solar System as well as discover the art and science of the Hubble Space Telescope while exploring stars and galaxies, nebulas and supernovas, exoplanets and other cosmic wonders light-years away from Earth. Campers will also create star-inspired artwork, build telescopes, and participate in other aerodynamic, hands-on activities.

Inspiring the imagination and encouraging an overall love for learning, Spring Break Camp at the IMAG stimulates through fun, educational shows, games, art activities, movies, and more. For more “Inspiration Takes Flight” camp details and “flight” reservations, please visit us at theIMAG.org or call 239-243-0043 before take-off. The IMAG History & Science Center and launch pad is located on planet Earth at 2000 Cranford Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33916.
