Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Hagy of Cape Coral are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessi, to James Delgado. Jessi is a graduate of Mariner High School and Webber International University where she received her BA in management and her MA in business administration. She is presently em-ployed as the duel enrollment manager for Lake Sumter Community College in Haines City, Fla. James is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Luis Camona of Apopka, Fla., and Mr. James Delgado of Puerto Rico. James graduated from Apopka High School and from Webber International University where he received his BA in finance and his MA in sports management. He is presently teaching and coaching football at Osceola High School in Kissimmee. A winter wedding is being planned.
